Our Committees

Our projects and procedures are constantly monitored by our standing committees: the Medical, Operations and Marketing Committees.

Composed of experts from each of these fields,  our committees define the projects and processes that unify the International Assistance Group companies, thus ensuring consistency in all our procedures and processes.

The Marketing Committee oversees our services to our many global clients and focuses on innovative new product development.

Our committees meet twice a year.

The bi annual international meetings of the International Assistance Group® make of us a unique organisation in our industry.

Our Academy - Exchanging knowledge and best practices

We have established in house Academy to develop and deliver our learning philosphy. Here,  representatives from each of our Members share knowledge and discuss professional, market and geographic issues.

Our Headquarters

The Central Office for the International Assistance Group Central Office is headquartered in Paris. Here, they oversees the daily coordination of the committees as well as the administrative and operational management of the Group.
